Is this normal?

I've got a really bad headache and am seriously sick to my stomach. Is this normal? And yet the scale said 260 this morning. That is 12 lbs in three days...is that normal? It sure seems like an awful lot for just three days...I am going back to bed. I just don't feel good. I will work on getting the last two days posts transferred over to this blog later.
